Congratulations, you’re a CCXP!
This designation is an important sign to those who are in the know – as well as to those who are not as familiar with the customer experience industry — that you are a knowledgeable, validated professional.
CCXP Certificates are issued for a two-year period, starting on the date that you passed your certification examination. As soon as you have notification that you passed the exam, you are entitled to use the Certified Customer Experience Professional designation or CCXP after your name. Your name will also be added to the directory of certified individuals on this website. This directory publicizes your achievement and helps employers and contractors locate certified CX professionals. (Individuals may opt out of this recognition on the CCXP application form.)
The CCXP accreditation requires ongoing professional development in the CX field to maintain your active certification status. Find out more about this in Maintaining Your Status.
There’s more to come. The CXPA aims to establish CX certification and to evolve it in tandem with the needs of CX professionals. Depending on the evolution of the profession and the demand from employers and practitioners, additional levels of certification and/or designations could be created in future.
