Authorized Resource & Training Program

Overview for Training Providers

If your company provides educational resources or training for the customer experience industry, we welcome you to become a CXPA Authorized Resource & Training Provider. The Authorized Resource and Training (ART) program is a network of independently provided resources designed to help candidates prepare for the CCXP exam. Training and educational resources are to include any or all of six of the core competencies:

  1. Customer-Centric Culture
  2. Voice of the Customer, Customer Insight, and Understanding
  3. Organizational Adoption and Accountability
  4. Customer Experience Strategy
  5. Experience Design, Improvement, and Innovation
  6. Metrics, Measurement, and ROI

While the CXPA will not provide specific guidance on content to be included in the training/educational materials other than what is already provided in the Exam Resources section, the CXPA will review and/or approval material of approved trainers to ensure alignment and quality of the curriculum of an ART provider.

What is the process for becoming a CCXP Authorized Resource and Training Provider?

An application is required for consideration. On the application please provide details on the interests of the company, history and success with education/training in the past (if applicable), anticipated audience size, and a brief overview of potential material including mapping to the CCXP competencies. Once an organization’s initial application has been approved, the organization will submit their training/educational material for review by the CCXP Board along with a fee for review of the material, listing on the CCXP.org website (once approved) and licensing of the CCXP Authorized Resource and Training (ART) Program logo for marketing purposes.
