CCXP Eligibility Requirements
The CCXP program is open to the public, and both CXPA members and non-members are welcome to apply. Certification eligibility components include experience and education requirements, which are important for ensuring that the CCXP designees have a hands-on foundation of customer experience knowledge as well as academic learning.
Two eligibility paths are available – the standard path, described below, and an alternative, which follows.
|Education||Post-secondary Degree (Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent)|
|Experience||Three years of full-time CX experience with primary responsibilities that include engagement and experience in one or more of the following categories:
If you do not have a post-secondary degree, you may use one year of full-time CX experience to count toward two years of education; thus, two years of full-time CX experience would be equivalent to a standard four-year post-secondary degree, thereby satisfying the education requirement. See below for an example of an alternate pathway that meets the certification requirements.
